What does it include?
Elements such as barbell work, kettlebell work, and other weightlifting as well as powerlifting elements.
Elements such as handstands, tumbling, pull-ups and other bodyweight movements.
Elements such as rowing, jump rope and other movements to get your heart pumping.
While the contents change generally, all classes are roughly one hour in length
